Directions & parking
ATOMOS Klinik Währing is located at Kreuzgasse 17-19, 1180 Vienna.
By car
Patients can park directly in the in-house parking lot (please state your name at the garage entrance). You will find parking spaces marked with ›Patients‹ sign.
For parking around the ATOMOS Klinik Währing there is a short-stay parking zone of the City of Vienna which is subject to charges.
Parking garages can be found at Antonigasse 7 (PAYUCA garage), at Währinger Straße 123
(APCOA underground parking garage Schubertpark) or at Währinger Gürtel 18 (WIPARK AKH parking garage).
By public TRANSPORTATION
SUBWAY LINE 6 (U6) — to Michelbeuern AKH station — 6 minutes on foot (400 m)
TRAM LINE 9 — to Vinzenzgasse station — 7 minutes on foot (550 m)
TRAM LINE 42 — to Eduardgasse station — directly in front of the clinic (80 m)
Registration & admission
Outpatient clinic/Ordination
If you have made an appointment for one of our outpatient clinics or ordinations, please come to ATOMOS Klinik Währing approx. 15 minutes before your appointment and register at the reception on the first floor. A member of staff will accompany you to our surgery and outpatient center and take you to your contact person.
Inpatient stay
If you have been registered by your doctor for an operation and an inpatient stay at ATOMOS Klinik Währing, please report to reception on the first floor at the agreed time (at least 2 hours before your operation appointment, fasting, unless you have been informed otherwise). All the necessary formalities will be completed at reception. You will then be accompanied to the room reserved for you.

- POLICY NUMBER OF YOUR AUSTRIAN PRIVATE HEALTH INSURANCE COMPANY
- PATIENTS FROM THE EU: EUROPEAN HEALTH INSURANCE CARD
- CONFIRMATION THAT YOUR FOREIGN PRIVATE HEALTH INSURANCE WILL COVER THE COSTS

Culinary
KITCHEN
A healthy diet that is conducive to your recovery is important to us. Consequently, you will find predominantly vegetarian dishes in our menu, with ingredients from organic farming. Depending on your medical procedure, you can choose between light meals and normal meals.
Bistro
An in-house bistro on the first floor offers you the best Italian cappuccino, espresso, and small sweet and savory snacks at any time. It is a relaxing place to linger if you want to leave your room in between, to receive your visitors, … or to feel almost healthy again.
From spring to fall, our bistro garden is also at your disposal and, of course, food and drinks from the bistro can be brought to your room on request.

Your attending physician will discuss the time of discharge and further check-ups with you. We would be pleased if you could come to reception before you leave the clinic to receive any information in person. If you need any assistance for your departure (procurement of medication, care and support at home or similar), please let us know. We will be happy to help you.
We offer the following options for billing your treatment + stay:
PATIENTS WITH PRIVATE SUPPLEMENTARY INSURANCE
For privately insured patients, we offer to take over the billing with your insurance company so that no additional effort is required on your part. A valid private supplementary insurance usually covers the costs of your stay in our two-bed rooms and the doctor’s fee. An additional payment for a single-bed room is of course possible.
Excluded from this are general exclusions (e.g. cosmetic treatments) and exclusions based on your individual contractual relationship.
PATIENTS WITHOUT PRIVATE SUPPLEMENTARY INSURANCE
If you do not have private supplementary insurance, you can of course also take advantage of our services as a self-payer.
The ATOMOS philosophy is to make our medical services available to as many people in Austria as possible. For this reason, the clinic and our doctors waive part of your fee for self-paying patients at ATOMOS Klinik Währing to make your stay and treatment more affordable.
In addition, we can settle your stay directly with the Austrian health insurance fund — the share is already included in our house costs. Please contact us directly for the exact costs of your stay. We will be happy to provide you with a cost estimate.
DEDUCTIBLE FINANCING WITH PARTIAL PAYMENT
To finance the deductible, we offer a microloan via Santander Bank on request. For this small loan of between € 1,000 and € 7,000, we only require a photo ID and proof of income. The data is entered directly into a tablet on site and processed digitally for immediate approval.
