HEALING ATMOSPHERE
Whether and how quickly healing progresses largely depends on how comfortable one feels. The environment plays a significant role in this. This refers both to the people involved and to the interior. The effect of colors and materials has a significant influence on how people feel.
Various studies prove the effect of colors on the body and mind of people. To positively support the effect of medical therapy, ATOMOS Clinic Währing follows the concept of ‘Healing Architecture’.
PAEDIATRIC ORTHOPAEDICS & PAEDIATRIC OSTEOPATHY
The largest stages of development and growth of the human body take place in the first years of life, including the development of the musculoskeletal system. During this time, the treatment of malformations is the easiest and at the same time the therapy is most successful. The bones are still soft, which means that correction is usually uncomplicated and virtually painless.
Malformations can be congenital or occur as a result of external influences, such as birth or an accident.
Early recognition and treatment are important, because with timely diagnosis and therapy, deformities can often heal without serious long-term consequences.
Dr Hans-Joachim Kirlum, Head of the Outpatient Clinic for Paediatric Orthopaedics and Paediatric Osteopathy at the ATOMOS Clinic Währing, often begins his treatments during pregnancy. With the help of osteopathy, pregnancy and the forthcoming birth can be made easier for mother and child. This creates good conditions for healthy development right from the start.
