I am a BSc. in Physiotherapy and a Mindfulness & Meditation Coach. With extensive professional experience – from working with athletes to designing and managing a physiotherapy centre and specialising in preventative health strategies – I take a holistic approach that focuses on both physical and mental health.
For me, health is much more than the absence of illness – it is the active organisation of a fulfilled life. My passion for a healthy lifestyle comes from my own experience and the realisation of how interconnected body and mind are. I believe that a healthy body is the foundation for a happy mind. This philosophy drives me to help people get the best out of their bodies and create a strong foundation for long-term health and a fulfilling life.
My own experience has shown me how much influence our physical condition has on our entire life. I know how limiting it can be when your body doesn’t cooperate – and how much your quality of life improves when you give it targeted support. This is exactly what I want to enable you to do: not only to understand your own body, but to really feel at home in it. Because when we strengthen it and provide it with targeted care, it gives us noticeably more energy, lightness and resilience.
